‘Forgotten Child’ sums up the feelings of isolation and loneliness you can have in a society that is cold and demanding. With the music providing a bleak and disjointed landscape in which to explore these emotions.

This song is about the loss you can feel as you part ways with your inner child and potentially lose part of yourself along the way. It explores how your inner child can feel neglected and left behind, which can be important on the journey to adulthood. However, it’s also important to recognise the emotions you feel inside and be the guiding light for yourself that wasn’t there when you needed it.
